Physical Education

Curriculum

The Physical Education consists of 8 full time teachers and a PE technician. We have a good range of facilities including sports hall, gym, multi gym, indoor tennis centre, spinning bikes, astro turf and extensive fields.

We believe in designing our curriculum to suit every student so their Physical Education lessons are enjoyable and promote a healthy active lifestyle. In year 7 & 8 we cover a broad and balanced curriculum so all our students have a taste of a wide range of sports. In 9, 10 and 11 students can then make an informed choice of which pathway to follow from performance, participation, aesthetics or Outdoor Adventurous Activities. We hope this informed choice will ensure an enjoyable experience.

If you want to discuss any issues relating to Physical Education please do not hesitate to contact Miss C McQuade who will endeavor to help you.
